Supported filter params: search (title description/notes/code), status, types, paymentMethods, origins, dueDateStart/dueDateEnd, effectedDateStart/effectedDateEnd, overdue (true = only PENDING past due; false = only not past due; omitted = no filter), costCenterIds and accountPlanSubAccountIds (both matched against the parent title's allocations).
