Restricted edit of a SETTLED (PAID) transaction — the single 'Edit' action of the statement and of the accounts payable/receivable lists for settled rows, replacing the former separate 'change bank account' and 'change rateio' actions. The transaction must be PAID (400 otherwise). It only changes the bank account (rebalancing the balances), the description (history) and the allocations (rateio); amount, dueDate, payment method and status stay locked. Bank account: when bankAccountId differs from the current account the effective value (settledAmount; falls back to amount for settlements predating the feature) is moved from the OLD account to the NEW one using the same settle/reverse direction rule (RECEIVABLE subtracts on the old / adds on the new; PAYABLE the inverse), saving both accounts; when it is the same account the balances are untouched. Allocations: replace-all of the whole list (costCenterId, accountPlanSubAccountId, amount); the list must not be empty and the sum of the amounts must match the transaction's amount (0.01 tolerance, 400 otherwise). The allocation is accounting, not financial, so it does not change any balance. Returns the enriched transaction detail.
